It is a neighborhood of the Süleymanpa in Tekirdağ. The old name of the neighborhood is called Pınarlı because there are many springs in the neighborhood. There are tombstones dated 1310 (1892-93) in the neighborhood. It has 3 neighborhoods and each neighborhood has its own cemetery. Neighborhoods are built very close to each other, not intertwined.  This makes Banarlı look like there are 3 separate villages when viewed from above. The neighborhood in the middle is the native neighborhood of Banarlı. The entrance district was established after the 93 war with the effect of immigration from Selviova Sennik, Bulgaria. In addition, with this migration, Bıyıkali, Karacakılavuz Ferhadanlı and a few more neighborhoods were established. The other neighborhood came with the population exchange in 1938 and is the most newly established neighborhood. The neighborhood is 22 km away from the center. The climate of the village is within the impact of the Marmara climate. The economy of the village is based on agriculture and animal husbandry. There is a primary school, PTT agency, health center, sewerage system and drinking water system. Besides, the road is made of asphalt and there is a landline system. Internet service has been provided since 2002. Most of the roads of the neighborhood are paved with stone blocks, providing comfortable transportation in the neighborhood in summer and winter. With the new metropolitan law, the municipal organization was abolished and transformed into a neighborhood. The population of 2019 is 790 people.
